FOUNDATION

THE AMERICAN ORIENTAL ARTS FOUNDATION

VISIT SITE ↗
Institutional · Multilingual · Editorial Platform

The American Oriental Arts Foundation website is a comprehensive multilingual WordPress platform developed to establish and support the digital presence of an international cultural and arts organization. Rather than functioning as a conventional institutional brochure website, the platform combines organizational information, leadership profiles, cultural programming, editorial publishing, multimedia content, international partnerships and public communication within a unified content-management environment.

The institutional architecture introduces the foundation through its organizational background, mission, vision, development strategy and leadership. Dedicated sections provide detailed information about the organization and its president, creating a structured digital identity for general audiences and institutional partners while keeping substantial organizational content accessible within a clear hierarchy.

Editorial publishing forms a major component of the platform. WordPress is used as a flexible publishing system for news, cultural programs and long-form event coverage, with individual features combining extensive written content, photography and embedded video. This structure is particularly important for international cultural activities such as United Nations-related programs, international art events and chorus festivals, allowing their historical context, visual documentation and institutional significance to be preserved as complete digital narratives rather than short promotional announcements. Integrated video further extends the editorial system so performances, events and cultural programs can be communicated through written, photographic and moving-image media within the same publishing environment.

The platform also contains a structured partnership system presenting collaborating organizations and institutional relationships, making the foundation’s broader cultural network part of its digital identity and providing a framework for communicating international cooperation. Public communication is supported through office information, maps, contact information and structured contact forms, connecting editorial and institutional content with practical communication needs for visitors, organizations and potential partners.

The result is a scalable WordPress publishing environment capable of supporting institutional communication, multilingual content management, cultural documentation, multimedia publishing and long-term archival presentation. The project demonstrates the use of WordPress not simply as a website builder, but as an institutional content-management system for an organization operating across cultural, editorial and international contexts.

MUSEUM

CHINESE HISTORICAL SOCIETY OF AMERICA

VISIT SITE ↗
Museum · Collections · Research · Public Engagement Platform

The Chinese Historical Society of America website is a comprehensive WordPress-based museum and nonprofit digital platform designed to connect exhibitions, historical collections, archival research, education, publishing, events, membership, fundraising, volunteering and visitor services within a unified institutional environment.

At its core, the platform serves as the digital extension of a museum and historical organization. It provides structured access to current, past and traveling exhibitions while extending physical exhibitions into digital environments through virtual exhibition experiences, including Matterport-powered presentations, allowing audiences to engage with museum content regardless of physical location.

Collections and historical research form another major layer of the platform. CHSA’s collection of nearly 22,000 Chinese and Chinese American historical artifacts is supported by digital collection resources, collection policies, research-access information and an online collection database spanning archival records, books, photographs, objects and specialized collections. The collection ecosystem extends into Historypin initiatives, family-history resources, Chinese American military history, railroad-worker history, artistic collections and other specialized projects. Dedicated research procedures and appointment information explain how researchers can interact with physical and digital collections, connecting the public website directly with the museum’s archival operations.

Education and public programming are integrated as operational systems. Teacher resources provide curriculum materials, historical teaching resources, digital archives and Chinatown-related educational content, while field-trip information and detailed FAQs support teachers, students, schools and group organizers. Event functionality supports discovery, calendar and list views, individual event information and program communication; community members can also submit program proposals. Community Connections and related publishing initiatives further allow community histories and personal narratives to become part of the institution’s digital presence.

The platform supports a substantial tiered membership system, from individual and student memberships through contributing, sponsor, patron and higher-level memberships, with benefits and online participation pathways. Fundraising extends beyond standard donation pages to memorial and honorary contributions, employer matching information and dedicated initiatives such as the Donor Legacy Wall Campaign, including contribution levels, campaign explanations and pledge workflows.

Volunteer management provides separate pathways for general volunteers and museum docents, covering visitor services, special events, collections work and specialized guided tours. Venue rental communicates available museum spaces, capacities, corporate and nonprofit pricing, staffing requirements, equipment, audiovisual services, deposits, insurance and cancellation policies while linking prospective renters to an Event Rental Application. Visitor FAQs, field-trip FAQs and accessibility information address ticketing, discounts, membership admission, transportation, parking, photography, accessibility, wheelchairs, restrooms, caregivers and other practical requirements. Structured forms support volunteer applications, docent applications, rental applications, donor pledges, community submissions and visitor feedback, directly connecting public-facing content with museum operations.

Publishing and commerce add another dimension through CHSA’s History & Perspectives journal, books, historical publications, museum products and purchasing functionality. Taken together, these systems make the website substantially more than a museum marketing site: it operates as a digital institutional infrastructure connecting collections, exhibitions, archival research, education, community engagement, events, membership, fundraising, volunteering, venue rental, publishing, commerce and visitor services through a single WordPress environment.

COIN STORE

VISIT SITE ↗
Numismatics · Bullion · Dynamic-Pricing E-Commerce

Coin Store is a specialized WordPress and WooCommerce e-commerce platform developed for the U.S. numismatic and precious-metals market. The store combines collectible coins, historical U.S. numismatics, bullion coins and physical precious-metal products within a commerce architecture designed specifically for a market in which product values may depend on continuously changing commodity prices.

The catalog supports multiple collecting and investment categories. Numismatic material includes historical U.S. denominations and series, while bullion inventory is organized across gold, silver, platinum and palladium. Dedicated structures support products such as American Gold Eagles, Gold Buffalos, pre-1933 U.S. gold coins, Canadian Maple Leafs, Chinese Pandas, Krugerrands, Philharmonics, silver rounds, silver bars, platinum products and palladium products. New arrivals, sale products, featured products and best-selling products allow inventory to be presented through both specialist collecting categories and conventional e-commerce discovery patterns.

A key technical component is the integration of live precious-metal spot prices. Current market prices for gold, silver, platinum and palladium can be displayed directly within the storefront, allowing customers to reference underlying metal markets while browsing physical products. More importantly, this market data is connected to product-pricing logic: eligible bullion products can be configured so their selling prices respond automatically to changes in the underlying spot price rather than relying exclusively on manually maintained fixed prices.

This architecture bridges external commodity-market data with WooCommerce product pricing, creating a dynamic pricing environment suitable for bullion commerce where underlying metal values can change continuously. Market information is therefore not simply decorative financial data; it can directly participate in the calculation and presentation of product prices through a Live Market Data → Pricing Logic → WooCommerce Product Price chain, including the product-premium logic required for physical bullion.

The platform combines this bullion functionality with conventional e-commerce systems including product categories, search, customer accounts, shopping cart, checkout, order history, order tracking and price alerts. Customer-service infrastructure includes contact information, FAQs, store policies, shipping and insurance information, payment methods, privacy and accessibility information.

Together, the project demonstrates the adaptation of WordPress and WooCommerce to a specialist financial-product retail environment, combining numismatic catalog architecture, precious-metal inventory, real-time spot-price data and market-linked dynamic product pricing with the transactional infrastructure required for a functioning e-commerce store.

BEAUTY RETAIL

EVERYDAY BEAUTY INTERNATIONAL

VISIT SITE ↗
Retail · Corporate · Store Network Platform

Everyday Beauty International is a corporate WordPress platform developed for a New York-based beauty retail organization. The project connects corporate identity, brand communication, physical retail locations, recruitment and customer contact within a unified digital environment.

The website establishes the company’s institutional and commercial identity through its history, business background, service philosophy, authorized-product positioning and organizational information. Rather than focusing exclusively on individual beauty products, the platform communicates the company itself as a retail organization. Corporate content, company history, team information, news and customer testimonials together create a structured brand narrative and a more complete representation of the organization’s relationship with customers.

A major structural component is the company’s physical store network. Dedicated store information connects the website to Everyday Beauty’s retail operations across New York, including locations in Manhattan, Flushing and Brooklyn. Location-specific addresses, telephone numbers, email and store identity allow customers to move directly from online discovery to offline retail locations.

Recruitment is incorporated into the same digital infrastructure through job listings, responsibilities, qualification requirements and application pathways, turning the website into an operational recruitment channel rather than limiting it to customer-facing marketing. Corporate contact functionality combines office information, business hours, telephone details, represented brands and structured inquiry forms so customers, prospective employees and business contacts can reach the organization through distinct pathways.

The result is a corporate WordPress platform that connects brand identity, physical retail operations, recruitment and customer communication, demonstrating how a website can support an established offline retail organization rather than functioning as an isolated marketing page.

EVERYDAY BEAUTY INFORMATION

VISIT SITE ↗
Beauty · Brand · Information Platform

Everyday Beauty Information is a visually driven WordPress brand and information platform designed to communicate the identity, services and customer-facing experience of a beauty business.

The website uses large-format imagery, editorial layouts and structured brand content to establish a beauty-focused visual identity while maintaining a clear information hierarchy. Corporate background and brand storytelling introduce the business beyond individual products or services, giving visitors context about the organization and creating a consistent narrative around its beauty and retail positioning.

Authorized retail positioning and product authenticity form an important part of the information architecture. Dedicated content communicates the company’s relationship with represented brands and its emphasis on authentic beauty products, reinforcing customer confidence. Team profiles introduce the people behind the business and give the corporate identity a more personal dimension, while beauty-service information connects these profiles with customer-facing operations.

News and editorial publishing provide a mechanism for ongoing communication rather than limiting the site to static pages, allowing company updates and related content to continue through the WordPress content environment. Customer testimonials provide social proof and document customer experiences, while service-oriented calls to action guide visitors toward further engagement with the business.

Compared with the more operational Everyday Beauty International platform, this project emphasizes visual brand communication, editorial presentation, service information and customer-facing content, demonstrating a different application of WordPress within the same business ecosystem.

FEATURED PROJECT

QUANJI NUMISMATICS

COMING SOON
VISIT SITE ↗
Marketplace · Community · Archive · Numismatic Ecosystem

QUANJI Numismatics is a custom-developed WordPress ecosystem designed specifically for the international numismatic and collectibles community. Rather than operating as a conventional online store, the platform combines a multi-vendor marketplace, independent dealer storefronts, community forum, numismatic archive, private collection management, publishing, memberships, subscriptions, booking, messaging, security, multilingual interaction and precious-metal market data within a unified digital environment.

At the commercial level, QUANJI operates as a multi-vendor marketplace. Independent numismatic dealers can participate within a shared marketplace while maintaining their own seller presence, storefronts and product-management workflows. Vendor profiles, marketplace listings and dealer-specific interfaces allow the platform to host multiple independent commercial participants rather than acting as a single retailer. Dealer discovery is supported through category navigation, keyword search and seller-specific information; verification status and follower relationships add social and reputational layers, while private messaging allows collectors and dealers to communicate within the same ecosystem instead of treating every interaction as an isolated transaction.

A dedicated community environment expands QUANJI beyond commerce. Members can create topics, participate in discussions, reply to other collectors and engage in specialist numismatic conversations, so marketplace and community identities coexist within the same account ecosystem.

The numismatic archive represents another major system. Collectible material can be organized across coins, banknotes, stamps, postcards, artworks and miscellaneous collectibles, with additional classification by geographic region, historical context and collecting category. Private collection functionality allows individual collectors to organize and present their own holdings, so marketplace inventory, archival reference material and personal collections coexist in an environment where objects can function as products, historical records or collection pieces. Publishing functionality adds numismatic articles, specialist knowledge and other editorial material alongside marketplace and archive content.

Membership and subscription systems introduce differentiated user relationships and access structures that can interact with marketplace, community and content functionality. Booking adds appointment- or reservation-based interactions, while additional account controls including two-factor authentication strengthen security for marketplace accounts, transactions and collector information.

A significant technical component is the custom multilingual interface. Rather than relying exclusively on conventional page reloads, custom logic coordinates language states, interface labels and platform components so users can switch languages while remaining within the same interaction context. This is particularly important for an international collector marketplace in which users move repeatedly between commerce, community, archive and account interfaces.

QUANJI also incorporates real-time precious-metal spot-price data for gold, silver, platinum and palladium through live displays and charts. The data extends beyond visualization into commerce logic: eligible bullion products can be linked to the underlying metal market so their prices respond automatically to spot-price movements. Conceptually, Precious-Metal Market Data → Spot Price → Pricing Rules / Premium → Marketplace Product Price. This is significant because traditional numismatic coins and bullion follow different valuation models: rare coins may require individually determined fixed prices based on date, variety, grade, rarity and demand, while bullion products may need to track the underlying value of gold, silver, platinum or palladium. The platform can therefore accommodate both pricing models within the same marketplace architecture.

Extensive custom development coordinates search behavior, category interfaces, responsive navigation, seller interactions, member accounts, following relationships, messaging, multilingual states and other platform behaviors so the project functions as an integrated product rather than a collection of unrelated WordPress plugins. The result is a vertical digital ecosystem in which commerce, specialist dealers, collectors, community discussion, archival knowledge, private collections, publishing, memberships and live precious-metal markets coexist within a single WordPress architecture.
